Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website kit-wood.com (the “Site”), operated by KITWOOD s.a.l. (“KITWOOD”, “we”, “us”). By using the Site you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the Site

You may use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes — to learn about our kitchens, wardrobes, vanities and countertops, browse projects, request a free consultation, or use the KAI design planner. You agree not to attempt to disrupt the Site, scrape it at scale, or use it to send unsolicited communications.

2. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including the KITWOOD and KLOZET names and logos, photographs, renderings, design layouts, blog articles, the KAI tool, and the underlying source code — is the property of KITWOOD or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may share links to public pages and quote short excerpts with proper attribution. Any other reproduction requires our written permission.

3. Project images and renderings

Photographs and 3D renderings on the Site illustrate the style and craftsmanship of our work. Actual installed projects can vary in colour, finish, hardware, dimensions and accessories depending on each client’s personal specification. Renderings are not a binding representation of the final product.

4. Pricing and quotations

Prices, ranges and cost estimates that appear in blog content, the KAI design planner, or anywhere else on the Site are indicative only. Binding pricing is provided in a written quotation issued by KITWOOD after an in-person or virtual consultation, and is subject to material costs at the time of order.

5. KAI design planner

The KAI design planner is a free planning tool. The cabinet layouts, bills of materials, and warnings it produces are intended to support discussion with a KITWOOD designer; they are not a final manufacturing specification. Final production drawings and engineering checks are always performed by a KITWOOD designer before any kitchen or wardrobe is built.

6. Third-party links and brands

The Site links to third-party sites (for example our suppliers Doimo Cucine and Blum, and our social-media profiles). We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or practices. Trademarks of third parties remain the property of their respective owners and are referenced only to identify products we sell or use.

7. No warranty

The Site is provided “as is”. We make reasonable efforts to keep it accurate and available, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that all information is up to date at all times. Our manufacturing warranties are governed by the contract you sign when placing an order, not by these Terms.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Lebanese law, KITWOOD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon. Any dispute arising in connection with the Site shall be submitted to the competent courts of Beirut.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
